1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and the developer of FinFlows, Ahsan MT ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using FinFlows you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use FinFlows.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use FinFlows on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.
4. What FinFlows Is, and Is Not
FinFlows is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, payment service, lender, accounting service or financial institution. It cannot see your bank accounts, does not move money, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank, card network, UPI provider or Apple. Balances, totals, reports and reminders are worked out only from what you and your shortcuts record, and are estimates, not official statements.
5. Use at Your Own Risk
You use FinFlows entirely at your own risk. Always check figures against your official bank and card statements before relying on them. Entries logged automatically (from bank SMS, screenshots or recurring rules) can be wrong, incomplete, duplicated, assigned to the wrong category or wallet, or missed altogether, for example when a bank changes its message format, a shortcut does not run, or the free plan's limit has been reached. Reminders and notifications may be late or not delivered. Exchange rates come from a third party and are indicative only.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for what you record and for checking it; for keeping your device, passcode and Apple ID secure; for keeping your own backups; for setting up and maintaining any Shortcuts automations; and for using the app lawfully. You must not use FinFlows to record information you have no right to hold.
7. Shared Wallets
When you share a wallet, everyone you invite can see, add, change and delete its entries. You are responsible for whom you invite. We are not responsible for what other participants do, for changes or deletions they make, or for any disagreement between people sharing a wallet.
8. Free Plan and FinFlows Pro
The free plan lets you keep up to 50 transactions. FinFlows Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes this limit and adds recurring transactions, category budgets with alerts, and spending trends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We may change which features are included in each plan; such changes will not delete data you have already entered.
9. Your Data and Backups
Your data is stored only on your devices and in your own iCloud account. We hold no copy and cannot recover anything that is lost or deleted. We are not responsible for loss or corruption of data for any reason, including device loss or failure, iCloud or sync problems, app updates, deletion by you or someone you share with, or restoring an older backup.
10. No Warranty
FinFlows is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, bank or message format.
11. Not Financial Advice
Nothing in FinFlows is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and for meeting your payment, tax and legal obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, FinFlows, including lost or incorrect data; missed, late or duplicated payments; late fees, penalties, interest, overdraft or bank charges; financial or business loss; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if we were told such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for FinFlows in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of FinFlows, your breach of these Terms, or information you record or share through it.
14. Third-Party Services
FinFlows relies on services we do not control, including Apple's iOS, watchOS, iCloud, Shortcuts, Siri and the App Store, your bank's messages, and the Frankfurter exchange-rate service. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, changes or data handling, which are governed by their own terms.
15. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract under the law of your country, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue FinFlows, or update these Terms, at any time. The current Terms are always in the app and on our website, with their effective date; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it. You may stop using FinFlows at any time by deleting it. Sections that by their nature should continue (including Use at Your Own Risk, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity) survive termination.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard EULA are the entire agreement between you and us about FinFlows. Questions can be sent to mail@haaa.in.
